

A new $7 million state-of-the-art Middle School facility and one of the finest arts centers in Tennessee opened in the fall of 1999.
FRA adopted the Panther as the school mascot, and the Upper School's Alpha and Omega teams were created to encourage friendly on-campus student rivalry.
FRA has experienced steady growth with a current enrollment of over 900 students. And, a new Master Plan will renovate the Upper School, Lower School wing, and add a new Library/Media Center. With the purchase of additional property, the Master Plan is subject to revisions as needs dictate.
School affiliations include the National Association of Independent Schools, the Southern Association of Independent Schools, the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools, the Independent Schools of Nashville Association, College Entrance Examination Board, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, Tennessee Secondary Schools Athletic Association, and the Harpeth Valley Athletic Conference.
