Quick Facts

College counseling at FRA begins in the eighth grade when students are told to challenge themselves academically, study hard, make good grades, and be involved in activities that they enjoy. The emphasis is to develop scholars with integrity and balance.

Counseling begins in earnest when the junior class is introduced to the college search and application process. Counselors prepare students to meet with college representatives who visit FRA in the fall. FRA's college counseling program is structured to provide information, support, advice and varied resources to students and their families throughout the challenging process of choosing a college.
