What are Summer Camp Hours?

A

Morning/Afternoon sessions both last 3 hours. All morning camp sessions are from 8:30 – 11:30 am and afternoon camp sessions run from 12–3 pm. Some camps take place in the evening, please check online or in the Summer Camp Brochure for those specific times.

Can my camper come earlier and/or stay later?

A

Extended Day hours take place before camp from 7 - 8:30 am and cost an additional $30 per week. After camp hours are from 3 - 6 pm and cost an additional $60 per week. Campers in need of extended hours will report to FRA’s Lower School.

How much do Summer Camps cost?

A

Unless otherwise noted, all Academic and Enrichment Camps cost $145 per session. All Sports Camps cost $125 per session.

How do I sign my camper up?

A

Go to www.fracamps.com and click on “Register Now.” Select “Reservations” to view all camp offerings.

How do I pay?

A

All reservations should be made online and can be paid for with a debit or credit card. You will be required to make a $35 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per camp when registering, which will be applied to the cost of camp. The balance due for camps will be charged to your card on file the week prior to the start of camp.

How will I know my camper is signed up?

A

You will receive a confirmation email after registration and payment are completed. A reminder email with additional information will be sent to you prior to camp.

How does check-in and the first day of camp work?

A

On Monday of each week, campers and parents will check in at the middle school commons. Please use the main entrance of the middle school which is located next to the middle school office. Instructors will be available to greet your child in the commons 15 minutes prior to the start of camp.

How does drop off/pick up work?

A

All campers will be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance of the middle school. Drop off will begin 15 minutes prior to the start of camp.

Will my camper receive Lunch?

A

Campers must bring their own lunch and a drink. If your child is registered for a morning and afternoon camp they will be escorted from their morning camp to a supervised lunch and then escorted to their afternoon camp.

What if my camper has allergies or requires medications?

A

You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire during the online registration process. In addition, please inform the Camp Director and/or your child’s Camp Instructor of any medical or allergy concerns.

What if I need to cancel?

A

The $35 deposit paid during the registration process
is non-refundable and non-transferable. In order to
receive a refund for remaining monies, you must
cancel your reservation two (2) weeks prior to the start of camp. Failure to cancel your reservation two (2) weeks prior will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of camp.

FRA reserves the right to cancel a camp in the event of unforeseen circumstances or not meeting minimum enrollment. In this event, the full cost of camp, including the $35 deposit, will be refunded or applied to other camps.
