Building on the legacy of service that has been an integral part of Franklin Road Academy’s history, The Center for Philanthropic Studies was established in 2010. In keeping with FRA’s mission, service programs are integrated into academics, spiritual life, and student activities across the campus through:

C ommunity Service
P hilanthropy Education
S ervice Learning

Serve one another humbly in love.
~Galatians 5:13

At every grade level, students are encouraged to lead and participate in of a variety of service opportunities such as Crafts for a Cause, Service Learning Units, All Academy Service Saturdays, Mission Trips, Senior Habitat Build, and Philanthropy 101.Through experiential learning and community engagement, our students discover how innovative thinking, joy, and love can meet the world’s needs. The critical thinking skills, creativity, and values reinforced along the way are preparing FRA graduates for the coming decades and continually infusing our community with a spirit of generosity and gratitude.

The CPS is here to support all FRA students, educators, and families, as together, we nurture stewardship, civic responsibility, and community life. Please join us as we love, learn, and lead! We encourage you to be involved and contact us with service ideas and/or questions.
