Please note that when updating the student information form, the data will NOT appear live on your main profile page. FRA must review the updates before it will appear on your main profile page. This will ensure that your information is updates in all of our systems.
Click on the RenWeb icon on the top left menu of this page. FRA's district code for RenWeb is FR-TN.
- Once logged on to Parents Web, click the "Family Information" link on the left.
- Click the "Student Information Form" link.
- You should see a series of forms that allow you to update all of your student and family information. Simply click on each to update.
- Click the "Return to Main Form" button at the top to return to the list of all forms.
- Changes made in RenWeb are not immediate. They must go through a review process before the changed information is viewable in RenWeb.
- Login into the RenWeb program.
- Click on the "Family Information" link.
- Review billing information under the "Family Billing" box.
- Click the "Details" button to see details regarding your bill.
- Click the "PayNow" button to pay by check or credit card.
