The Fist of Sin is made up of a leather gardening glove clutching a bloody knife with seven color tipped nails atop a rotting stump. This represents humanity (glove) and how we control our sin (knife). We are studded with the seven deadly sins (nails). The stump symbolizes the rotting of earth. I chose to make the glove stained with dirt to show that we are to work the earth.  We must control sin  and keep it from being a menacing force in our lives.
