The Gulch

The Gulch is a trendy, urban neighborhood in Nashville that offers plenty of unique dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences. It's considered by many to be one of Nashville's hippest neighborhoods and is the preferred place to live for many millennials. FRA is a 15 minute drive from The Gulch.

 

12 South

12 South is another trendy area where you'll find a lot of young families and artsy individuals calling home. This Nashville neighborhood offers many coffee shops for your morning pick me up and is in walking distance to Sevier Park. It's easy to support local businesses in this neighborhood with unique boutiques to shop at, and mom and pop places to grab a bite to eat.  FRA is a 8 minute drive from 12 South.

Downtown Nashville

When many people think of Nashville, they first picture Downtown. It's a major tourist attraction with lots of bars and a vibrant music scene. This area offers a lot of energy with numerous bars, restaurants, and stores. FRA is a 14 minute drive from Downtown Nashville. 

East Nashville

East Nashville is an up and coming neighborhood in Nashville with lots of local businesses like coffee shops and boutiques. It's a very artsy area favorited by local musicians and artists.   FRA is a 10 minute drive from East Nashville.
