2025-2030 STRATEGIC VISION
As Franklin Road Academy (FRA) embarks on our next five-year strategic vision, we are building upon a decade of transformational growth, innovation, and mission clarity that has sparked an extraordinary sense of pride and investment among our stakeholders. This journey has firmly positioned FRA as a premier educational institution among independent schools in the region.
Throughout this period of growth, our community has cultivated a warm, authentic, and inclusive “FRAmily” rooted in Christian faith, one in which every member is trusted, seen, supported, empowered, and loved. At the same time, a pervasive culture of excellence and continuous improvement has emerged, driven by an openness to feedback, a problem-solving mindset, and decisive action.
This bold new vision leverages our strong foundation and vibrant community to have an even greater impact and meet the future needs of our students and faculty, ensuring FRA continues to serve as “a city on a hill” for current and future generations of FRA families.
