ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP

Empowering Students to Launch Real-World Ventures

Our entrepreneurship program inspires students to think creatively, solve real-world problems, and bring their ideas to life. Starting with ideation, students learn how to develop innovative business concepts, launch real products, and even form their own LLCs. With hands-on experiences and guidance from mentors, they gain essential skills in leadership, collaboration, and critical thinking, no matter where they begin. Entrepreneurship is woven throughout all divisions: lower school students host business expos and explore concepts like restaurant operations, while middle and upper school students engage in deeper career exploration and run real ventures. It is a thoughtfully designed journey that grows with students as they advance through each phase of their educational experience.

ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP & FINANCE
In this semester-long course, students build the essential tools of entrepreneurial success: public speaking, presentation mastery, financial literacy, budgeting, and strategic research. Beyond preparing them for the incubator course, these skills strengthen confidence, sharpen critical thinking, and open doors across disciplines.

INCUBATOR COURSE
This rigorous, year-long experience challenges students to transform bold ideas into viable business models. Through project-based learning and lean startup methodology, they design, test, and refine their own product or service. From first concept to final pitch, students learn to think like innovators—hypothesizing, adapting, and persevering in the face of real-world challenges.

ACCELERATOR COURSE
For students ready to take their venture to the next level, the accelerator course transforms prototypes into sustainable businesses. Over the course of a year, students grow customer pipelines, draft contracts, develop operating systems, and refine their product or service for the market. Along the way, they gain mastery in legal and banking principles, customer acquisition, and process development, emerging not just with a business but with the confidence and skill set to launch their next big idea.
