Arts Circle of Honor
The Franklin Road Academy Arts Circle of Honor was created in 2021 to show appreciation to those individuals who have made significant contributions to the FRA arts program.
Those chosen for induction into the Franklin Road Academy Arts Circle of Honor have influenced our community through their talent, dedication, and service to our arts program while at FRA and made an ongoing impact on society through the arts, academics, and/or service following graduation.
Anyone may nominate for the Arts Circle of Honor. All nominations go before the executive committee prior to going before the full nominating committee. After the executive committee has fully vetted all nominees, the full nominating committee will vote on who moves forward for final voting on induction. An artist, performer, or contributor must be nominated each year in order to be considered.
Entry into the FRA Arts Circle of Honor will be based on a simple majority of committee members present at the annual selection meeting. Individuals selected as inductees will be notified by the executive committee of acceptance into the FRA Arts Circle of Honor prior to the public announcement. Only the names of inductees will be shared with the public; names of nominees will not be announced.
Honorees will be given a commemorative gift and a duplicate of a plaque that will hang in the lobby theater. Inductees will be honored at FRA’s Evening of the Arts each spring. Inductees must be in attendance to be recognized.
