FRA Performance League

Registration for the summer basketball league is full.


The Franklin Road Academy Performance League is a local youth sports league hosted by Franklin Road Academy for students in grades K-6. We will begin registration for the upcoming summer basketball league on Saturday, April 9. Please see below for important details and our frequently asked questions.


Season runs from Monday, June 6 - Thursday, July 21
Registration is open to boys and girls (grades K - 6)


The Performance League welcomes teams and players from all schools; students do not have to attend FRA to participate in the league.


Registration Information

Coaches can register their teams online beginning Saturday, April 9 at 8 a.m. The team fee may be paid with a credit card during the online registration process.

Kindly note: There are no individual fees for the league, only a team fee. 

Location and Scheduling

All games will be played at Franklin Road Academy on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. There will be 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 8 p.m. start times for the games in our league throughout the summer. We gladly take scheduling requests and will do our best to accommodate those requests.

Jersey Information

All teams will receive navy and white reversible FRA jerseys; however, it is not a requirement for your team to wear the provided jerseys.

League Divisions

There will be separate divisions for each grade and gender for grades K-6. All grades will play 5v5.




Mr. Joshua Lester
FRA Performance League Director

Joshua is a Nashville native with over 10 years of experience in the sports industry. He earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science and his master's in sports administration from Belmont University. In addition to serving as the director of the Performance league, Joshua is the assistant athletic director and varsity boys basketball coach.
