Alex Couch grew up outside of Atlanta, Georgia and started cheerleading at five years old. She grew up cheering for her rec football team and competitively. She cheered for her high school’s football team, basketball team and competitive cheerleading team while also cheering competitively for Atlanta Jayhawks. Cheerleading and her coaches made such a positive impact on her life and she wants to have the same impact as a coach. She went to the University of Georgia, Go Dawgs! Upon graduation she moved to Nashville to be with her husband who is a Nashville native.
Originally from Memphis, TN, Caroline graduated high school from St. George’s Independent School. She then went on to receive her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education at Ole Miss – hotty toddy! Finally, she moved to Nashville to receive her Master’s in Education at Belmont University. She currently teaches Kindergarten at FRA and is the assistant coach for middle school cheerleading.
