Extended Care and After School Enrichments

Lower School Morning Care operates from 7:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m., while Afternoon Care operates from school dismissal to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended Care is offered to contracted families on half-day schedules, during parent conferences, and on faculty in–service days. Extended Care does not meet on school holidays or inclement weather days.

Extended students have the opportunity to have fun, learn, and socialize in a safe and caring environment. After arriving, students are offered several snack choices while they socialize. Students participate in a variety of supervised, age-appropriate activities, including organized gym games/sports, creative projects, and outdoor play.

The Middle School Extended Care program provides a supervised environment, staffed by trained and experienced personnel, for students who need to remain on campus and are not participating in school-sponsored activities until 5:30 p.m. 

Students staying for Extended Care meet in the Middle School Atrium at the time of dismissal. They are given a snack and time to socialize. Students may choose from several activities, including board games, arts & crafts, gym time, or an outside activity. 

All payments for After-School Enrichments are processed through CampBrain. When registering your child, you may pay in full or opt into a payment plan.

No, After School Enrichments do not meet on early dismissal days, school holidays, or inclement weather days. In the event of inclement weather, the missed session will not be made up at a later date.  

Students can participate in most after-school enrichments in their regular school attire. We will provide a snack in the afternoon.

Some after-school enrichments may require specific items (e.g., change of clothes, instrument, sneakers, equipment). Details regarding what your child may need to bring will be provided in a welcome letter closer to the start date of the enrichment program.
