Facility Rentals

Franklin Road Academy's athletic facilities are primarily for the athletic department and auxiliary program activities of the school. All facility rentals MUST be scheduled through the FRA Athletic Department. A limited number of facility rentals may be available to outside groups with mission-appropriate events (subject to availability). 

Fees are determined based on a variety of factors related to the event(s).

Certificate of Insurance ("COI") 
Franklin Road Academy requires all entities renting our facilities to submit a COI evidencing and maintaining the following insurance policies and terms: 

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance (public liability) with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate, naming Franklin Road Academy as additional insured, 

  • Umbrella Liability to cover General Public Liability and Employer’s Liability in amounts not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000), 

  • Sexual Abuse and Molestation Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate, 

  • Professional Liability Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate (if applicable), 

  • Worker’s Compensation Insurance as required by law, and Employer’s Liability Insurance with limits not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) bodily injury by accident/each accident, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) bodily injury by disease/each employee, and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) bodily injury by disease/policy limit, 

  • Providing a waiver of subrogation against all Franklin Road Academy Parties, 

  • and the insurer's agreement to provide Franklin Road Academy no less than thirty (30) days' written notice prior to any cancellation or material alteration of the insurance coverage.
