Robotics Team Qualifies for World Championships

For the second year in a row, an FRA robotics team has qualified for the Worlds Competition. Team Rastafarian Fire won the Build Award and was a finalist in the VEX State Championships on Saturday to qualify for the Worlds Competition, which is held in Louisville, Kentucky, in April. Team Rastafarian Fire - students Spencer Guy, Garrison Harold, Caleb Huddleston, and Tennent Grace Smith - was ranked first going into the alliance selection stage of the tournament. FRA's other team competing, Just Kayak - Addy Carroll, Olivia Maki, William Roberts, and Christopher May - was also selected as an alliance. The teams faced off against one another with Rastafarian Fire advancing to the finals.
