STRATEGIC RATIONALE
As one of the premier independent schools in the region, we must continue to capitalize on our school’s remarkable educational community and positive momentum. Our unique mission, central location, and pre-kindergarten through grade 12 experience on one campus allow us to take advantage of Middle Tennessee’s continued growth and expand FRA’s visibility and position in the marketplace.

ACTION STEPS

  • Conduct a brand perception study and develop a subsequent marketing campaign to increase visibility, recognition, and promotion of the FRA brand throughout the Nashville marketplace and beyond
  • Implement marketing strategies that broaden admission outreach and stakeholder engagement with the school to spread awareness of FRA across regional/national educational and business communities
  • Develop strategic initiatives to educate and engage all constituents about how they can support FRA and further our mission
  • Prioritize alumni engagement as a critical component in further developing the FRA brand
  • Actively communicate FRA’s distinctive qualities to key stakeholders to continue building a strong reputation for the future success of the school
  • Capitalize on celebrating our 50th anniversary as an opportunity to reconnect with alumni and past families and garner their support moving into the next 50 years
