OUR GOAL
Develop innovative educational initiatives across our pre-kindergarten through grade 12 community, including expanding experiential opportunities in entrepreneurship, environmental and social responsibility, global engagement, and emerging science and technologies
STRATEGIC RATIONALE
Our graduates must be able to creatively solve problems, demonstrating grit, resilience, and the ability to think nimbly in a rapidly changing world. We must continually innovate by developing academic and co-curricular programs that enhance existing experiences for students to lead and grow as thoughtful, well-balanced individuals committed to serving the broader community.
ACTION STEPS
- Establish a center for experiential learning that includes entrepreneurship and innovation as core educational experiences
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities and corporations to provide students with real-world learning experiences, including summer signature programs
- Create innovation labs that expand offerings in robotics, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, coding, and design thinking in lower and middle schools
- Continue to develop comprehensive programming that supports a culture of health and wellness for students and faculty
- Expand environmental sustainability programs across campus
- Enhance opportunities for students pre-kindergarten through grade 12 to engage with a wider global community through virtual partnerships and international travel
