When you envision where your children will attend school, you hope to find a school that embodies your family and values. When we chose FRA for our family, we knew it would represent who we were and what we stood for; structure, foundation, community, and opportunity. There is excitement around this place because the school is always proactive at becoming the best it can be. We found immediate comfort in knowing our children, Fletcher and Charlotte, and in the future, Franklin would be on the same campus for their tenure while being supported by the same mission that drives this institution. Transformation and growth have been accomplished across campus since we arrived, yet the work continues. We hope to see the same continuous transformation in the lives of our kids and our family.

We found FRA to be the best fit for our family, allowing a challenging environment academically while still emphasizing love and Christian foundations. The well-rounded social, academic, and emotional development for students was what we were hoping for and have found since being welcomed into this community. We immediately saw why so many choose FRA for their family; the family-like feeling. There is a hands-on approach to how decisions are made for each student. Our children are led with confidence and are taught to be ready and able to conquer any challenge set before them.

As we have grown as a family and now spent five years as part of the FRA community, we have realized how unique and rare this community truly is and why it stands out amongst other independent schools. Dr. West takes the time to know each family and student by name, and each faculty and staff cater to the individualized needs of the students. Our children feel valued and at home on campus. FRA is working daily from a place to challenge our children and help them become the best they can be only when they walk across the stage to receive their diplomas but for the world that awaits them.

We are so proud to call ourselves an FRA family. We are proud of the forward-thinking decisions taking place daily for our children. We are proud of the rigorous curriculum shaping our children's minds and the foundational impact being made on their hearts. Franklin Road Academy is a well-rounded experience that allows families to invest in their children academically, spiritually, and socially. Each year, we watch this place become better and more impactful in the lives of our family and the Nashville community.

At a place continuing to emphasize exceptional programs, exceptional curriculum, and an inclusive community, it’s easy to want to give back. Giving is something we feel led to do. There is no greater need for us than to invest in our children's lives and those around them. Our giving visibly impacts each aspect of this campus and the individuals that make it so unique. We are humbled to see the fruits of our labor materialize as FRA stays competitive and grows in all facets. Giving isn’t just about the now but also the future, and we find it an honor to give back to a place that offers our children and us so much every day.
