In order to provide the best care possible for your student while on campus, we need your child’s updated health information each year. FRA uses an electronic HIPAA-compliant medical record system called Magnus Health. Returning families who completed the Magnus Health forms last year still need to review each section, update if necessary, and save. Even if health information is not changed or added, you must save each section to complete the process. Please follow the instructions below to access the student health record system:
1. Log in to the FRA Parent Portal
2. Click on the blue button that says FACTS PORTAL (RenWeb)
3. In FACTS, click Student, then Medical
4. Finally, click to enter the secure Magnus Health portal (your FACTS account and Magnus share a single login). Complete or update the necessary health information for your student and make sure you save each section.
Magnus Health is an electronic HIPAA-compliant student medical record system. Your student’s health record is securely stored, and you have continuous access to it as well as the ability to make updates when needed.
